Maintenance contracts and smaller requests tell a different story. A $500-monthly service deteriorated into missed follow-ups, constant upselling (lawn replacement, aphid spraying at $129 per visit), and finger-pointing between staff when issues arose. Spanish-speaking crews make direct communication difficult, and reaching supervisors for corrections is slow. Noise from gas-powered equipment drew one strong objection.
